Customers pay instantly through a local payment gateway such as Paynow, Pesepay or ContiPay, connected to your merchant account.
Pay on delivery
Customers place the order online and pay when it arrives — in cash or by mobile money to your delivery person. Can be limited to your delivery towns.
Bank transfer
For bigger orders and business customers. The order is held until you confirm the payment, then released for delivery.
Available online payment methods depend on the gateway you choose and your merchant account. Gateways charge their own transaction fees. We help you open the merchant account and connect it to your shop.

What do I need to provide?
Your business name, the domain you would like, your logo, photos and the text for each page. If you need help with the words, we offer content writing as an add-on.
How long does it take?
Once we have your payment and all your content, most Web Starter websites are ready for review within a few working days.
What happens after the first year?
Your hosting and domain renew for $165 per year. We remind you before the renewal date so your website stays online.
Is email included?
Email is not part of the Web Starter, but we can add business email addresses on your domain at any time.
Can I have more than 5 pages?
Yes. Extra pages are available as an add-on — tell us what you need and we will send a quote.
Can I sell online and take payments?
Yes. We build WooCommerce online shops with a cart and checkout. Your customers can pay online, pay on delivery, or pay by bank transfer — you choose which options to offer. Ask us for a shop quote.
Which online payment methods can my customers use?
Through a Zimbabwean payment gateway such as Paynow, Pesepay or ContiPay, customers can pay with mobile money (such as EcoCash, OneMoney or InnBucks) and cards (Visa, Mastercard, ZimSwitch). The exact methods depend on the gateway and your merchant account.
Do I need a merchant account to take online payments?
Yes. Your business opens a merchant account with the payment gateway, so money goes straight to you. We help you apply and connect it to your shop. The gateway charges its own transaction fees.
How does pay on delivery work?
The customer orders online and pays in cash or by mobile money when the order arrives, or when they collect it. You can limit pay on delivery to certain towns or order amounts.
